Firstly, I would ask from the member that seeks 'Διαγραφη' to cool himself and apologise.
His choice to raise the subject in the open, in view of many worldwide members does not make sense and tends to insult the administrator and all of us. If there is a technical problem for the member himself in cancelling his profile, he should raise it with the Administrator in a private email. To raise this in the open is useless because such technical issues can be resolved only by the administrator, therefore his motive is suspicious and damaging to the Forum.

The key to the answer lies in the last sentence that in conjunction with the previous sentences, the Administrator can act for ensuring that corrections or adjustments are made for protecting the prestige of the Forum. This is a written AND moral right of the Administrator.
Members who use the Forum in an unauthorised way may do so, and with full administrative control of their profile, do what they like, insult others, etc and leave the Forum immediately. There could even be an unauthorised access of the Forum by others with damaging effects.
This is why the Administrator is the custodian of the Forum, protect its content and prestige, and has the sole right for making changes to the Forum content, including the cross-out of members profiles.
His second question (Δε εχει καποιος το δικαιωμα να διαγρφει απο μονος του ?) touches on the liberty of the member to cross-out his profile, and supplemented with his third question ( πρεπει να παρει αδεια? ) are useless points to argue, as explained just above.
Well, the Administrator does not control the Forum by some means of dictatorship. The Forum has been created for providing educational advice to many collectors regarding Greek coins and banknotes; a pool of information that's essential in the propagation and expansion of Greek collecting around the world. I am honoured to have the chance in participating in 3 forums (steki and Gr.Coll.Soc, also) and so are thousands of members who express different opinions but obtain so much needed numismatic information! And it's a fantastic way of expressing our democratic rights and opinions, but all this in a careful way.
The Administrator always seeks the proper behaviour from all users and this is why there are regulations, regulations that you have agreed to accept when you became a member of the Forum.
So, when you present these 3 questions, not one) in such a way, you should expect that the Administrator respond to you very directly, like it or not.
So, cool yourself and speak to the Administrator privately, without disturbing our peace when we study the Forum. Bill
