Discusses the coins struck in Greece and Cyprus under the Frankish and Venetian rule; presents 250 coins in total.

Paulos Lambros provides brief biographical details of the Genoese dynasties of Zachariae and Justinians of Chios (1304-1566), as well as ​​a detailed presentation of the coinage of the period. A reprint of the first edition (1876). In greek. Soft cover, 21 cm, 12 pp., 2 B/W plates. Glarentza was an important medieval city in Elis, North-west Peloponnese. Here the author presents 31 coins (gold ducats, silver piastres and silver soldinia, and tornezia made of an alloy of silver and copper) from his personal collection;  all these, issued by Robert on the Angevins (Anjou), the Prince of Achaia (Morea) in Glarentza, the capital of the principality, were imitating venetian coins; they are dated in the years 1346-1364.
