και επειδη την συνεχισα την υποθεση μου στειλαν και ενα αλλο mail οτι ξερουν οτι ειμαι καλος πωλητης γι αυτο πρεπει να πληρωσω εγω για ολα τα εξοδα

While I was checking the case details, I can see that from the time the buyer opened a claim against you, you did your best in trying to resolve the issue with the buyer. It only shows that you are willing to face all of the problems that you may have on your transactions. This means that you are a responsible seller.
We've reviewed the details of the case, including tracking information for shipping. We realize that you had the best of intentions when shipping the item. Unfortunately, at the time eBay had to step in and make a decision on this case, we could not verify that the item had been delivered. If a buyer has not received their item and we do not have proof of delivery, then a full refund is due to the buyer. Please understand that if the buyer says the item was never delivered, tracking information is the only way we can prove otherwise.
We cannot grant an appeal on this decision because now that the refund has been issued, we're not able to take the funds back from the buyer. When eBay makes a decision on a case, we can only use the information available at that time. When the case was decided on December 7, 2016, the last update on the tracking was on November 9, 2016 and it shows that the package was in transit. Since there were no further updates after that, the package was considered as lost, and the case is not eligible for an appeal.
Since tracking shows that the item have been refused by the buyer, I recommend contacting the shipping carrier used for sending the item to know the item's whereabouts.
