Αυτο ειναι το μνμ απο το ebay για αυτη εδω τη λιστα που μου κατεβασαν και ενω ηταν online εδω και 10 μερες περιπου και την εχω ξανανεβασει παλι.

Ισως υπαγεται λογω της τιμης σε αυτον τον κανονα:
Coin and paper currency listings over a certain value must be graded by an approved grading company.

Listings for raw single paper currency within the Coins & Paper Money > Paper Money: US and Coins & Paper Money > Paper Money: World with a starting price, reserve price or Buy It Now price of $2,500 or more

Listings for raw paper currency must follow these guidelines:
The starting, reserve, or Buy It Now price for the paper currency is less than $2,500.
